What a friggin shitty week already. May I whine a bit? Jeez, seriously everything has gone wrong this week. Received a bad grade -> probably won't be able to finish the whole subject at all, because I probably don't get to do the re-sit. Worked my ass off to be able to continue my study and I already fail the first class I'm in. For a moment it was so depressing I thought about quitting my study and moving to America. Afterwards I realise that's a bit excessive and precipitous ;) But the idea of going to America again is so tempting, I want it sooo bad! Though, I'm wise enough to (at least try to) finish my study here. And when that is done, I can go to America whenever I want. A nice and comforting thought :).
I hope the rest of the week will be a bit nicer for me. It probably will be!

This is what I wore yesterday. The demin blouse is 'new', though I've had it for a month by now, I didn't wear it very often yet. So it's still new. I guess. And the necklace is new too :) I bought it last week, after I finished an exam and thought I could give myself a little treat. When I got home, though, I bought two more necklaces, some bracelets, a ring and haircurlers (all on ebay). So much for a 'little treat'... But everything's so cheap on ebay! WAHH! The vampire-teeth-ring is from ebay as well. Not new though ;) ANYWAYS.

Today I'm gonna tell you about a recipe of a very tasty salad :) It's a rucola-red beet-goat cheese salad. I made it a few weeks ago for my family and everyone loved it, so I thought you might like it too!
So, what to you need?
- precooked red beets, chopped up or sliced (you can use a cheese slicer for this) I used 1,5 beets
- goat cheese, in pieces
- walnuts, in pieces
- an apple or a pear
- balsamic vinegar
- a bit salt
How do you make it?
|cover a plate with rucola|
|add the sliced red beets|
|add the goat cheese|
|add the chopped walnuts|
|add the apple or pear. I used apple, but I think pear would be very tasty too!|
|finally, add lot's of balsamic vinegar and honey! Also a bit salt if you like. I topped it off with a bit extra|
rucola, cause it looked pretty ;)

Last post I said I was gonna tell all about my summer, but I feel like keeping it short, since it has been such a long time ago already... Well anyways: I went to Lowlands with my boyfriend, my first big festival ever! It was awesome and I'm sure I'll go al lot of festivals in the future. One week later I went to Barcelona with three of my friends for a week. We had our own appartment, went to park guell, sagrada familia, the beach, a massive shoppingmall, a few really nice restaurants and a few awesome clubs. It was one of the best vacations ever, if not the best! :)
But my summer wasn't all fun, I've been pretty ill the entire summer too. Also I wasn't sure if I could continue my study, which kept me in a permanent nervous state of being. BUT! Last week I had the results of my re-sit and it was a 5.5! That means I can continue my study without any troubles! :D You can't imagine the HUGE relief I felt when I heard it.
So.. this is what I'm wearing today! :)
